Zero/pilot series
The first production series will be assembled and tested at our facility in Alkmaar, so that we can carry out the final optimizations before large-scale production starts.
Optimization before mass production
A successful product launch starts with pilot production — an important step in which we assemble the first production series under realistic conditions. This enables us to identify and resolve any last areas for improvement, so that the product is fully optimized before mass production starts.
During this phase, we assess assembly efficiency, component reliability, and overall performance. Where necessary, we make adjustments to improve manufacturability and quality. By refining the design in this phase, we minimize risks, reduce costs and ensure a smooth transition to large-scale production.
