The services and products offered by Quant Consultancy Electronics BV are described in the agreement that accompanies each project. We reserve the right to make changes to the offer.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the agreement.

5. Liability

Quant Consultancy Electronics BV's liability is limited to the amount specified in the agreement.

6. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Quant Consultancy Electronics BV is not liable for any delay or damage.

7. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
